JEFF ELDER
President & CEO
Jeff Elder started Jenpale LLC after beginning life in insurance as a carrier rep. He saw that people were not getting guidance, or getting good service from their traditional brokers and wanted to set out to change that one customer at a time. He has gone through a tireless amount of classes and continuing education to make sure he was in the best possible position to serve his clients and keep them both compliant, and paying as little as possible! He was named as one of the “20 insurance people to know” by Louisville Business First magazine, and also holds NAHU certifications for Advanced Self-Funding, and the HIPAA 2.0 certification. He has been married for 15 years and has one daughter.
ANNA ELDER
Technology Specialist
Anna Elder began officially with Jenpale LLC, in June of 2018 as the Technology Specialist. Being the wife of the President/CEO, she has been assisting unofficially in the background since Jenpale’s inception. Anna applies her 20+ years of experience as an Information Systems Analyst and Project Manager towards supporting Jenpale’s technology landscape, including Employee Navigator, a benefit administration tool with HRIS capabilities. She is also a licensed insurance agent, so don’t be surprised if you see the woman behind the operation at the front of it! Anna has been married for 15 years and is a proud mother to one daughter.
BECKY ALLMAN
Account Executive | Office Manager
Becky was born and raised in Ohio and moved to Indiana after meeting her husband in 2016. She has an extensive background in the healthcare field where she worked for 15 years. Becky began in patient care but found her joy and calling in Office Management. In 2016 She was welcomed into the insurance business by Jeff Elder and she is thrilled to once again be working with him here at Jenpale. Becky is also excited to begin a role as Account Coordinator, while also assisting in the operations of the Jenpale office. When she is not managing an office, Becky is managing her 2 year old daughter and a country homestead. She and her husband have 15 chickens, a large garden and she loves her country life in Jefferson County Indiana.
